Simultaneous groundworks and manufacture saves time
Completing the groundworks ourselves helps us to ensure the safe and timely installation of your Portakabin building.
Work on site is carried out at the same time as the construction of your building modules at our manufacturing facility, so you can make use of your space up to 70% faster than a traditionally constructed building.
For the Greenmount School project, Portakabin collaborated with us to develop a building design that fulfilled the school’s requirements. Importantly, they were able to provide a complete solution, as required by the framework agreement, managing everything from demolition and groundworks through to heating and alarm system installations.
