  1. What is a modular classroom building?

A modular classroom building is a pre-fabricated classroom that has been manufactured off site and then transported to its school location. It means that a fully fitted-out Portakabin modular classroom buildings can be installed and ready to use up to 70% faster than traditionally built classrooms. Off site construction of the modular classroom building means that the disruption and mess of construction is kept away from the school. Modular classroom buildings can be seamlessly joined together side-by-side or end-to end, as well as mounted to form multi-storey school complexes.
