  1. Requirements

    CPL Products were in desperate need of additional office space to cater for their growing team in Immingham, and in addition needed a meeting room, kitchen and welfare facilities. With a specific budget in mind, Portakabin was challenged with creating a cost-effective solution that had to fit in their existing estate footprint, without compromising on quality or design.

  2. Solution

    To ensure the client had clear access to an adjacent building, the modules were designed to fit into the dedicated 10m wide area. In order to keep within the client’s budget, Portakabin was able to provide a building which had already been fitted out internally, offering CPL Products the best value for a premium product.

    In addition, Portakabin installed double storey foundation pads to the buildings, allowing CPL Products the option to extend their current office space in the future with an additional first floor building if they required.
