That’s why, at four of their key developments across Scotland – Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness and Perth – they required a high-quality marketing suite to welcome future home owners and showcase properties in their best light – more than just an off-the-shelf building.
The project timescales were of paramount importance to Barratt and delivery to live building sites meant there were several restraints around the delivery conditions, making on time on budget delivery more important than ever.
