We are confident that the men and women who work for Portakabin are paid equally for doing the same job, yet we recognise that with more men than women in senior roles, we, like many other businesses around the UK, have a gender pay gap.
In 2017, the Government released legislation for organisations in the UK with more than 250 employees to report their gender pay gap. At Portakabin, we believe this is a positive step towards addressing any potential gender bias in our industry and supports the fair representation of women in our workforce.
