We’re honoured to welcome Sharon Gray OBE as our keynote speaker. With over 30 years in education — including 22 as a Headteacher — Sharon is a national authority on inclusive education, emotional wellbeing, and evidence-based school improvement. Her extensive experience includes roles as an Ofsted Inspector, National Leader of Education, and advisor to national bodies such as the Youth Justice Board and Mental Health Task Force. She was awarded a Pride of Britain award in 2013 and an OBE in 2015 for her services to education.
Sharon will be joined by a diverse panel of experts, including:
- Jess Lees, a Speech and Language Therapist specialising in neurodevelopmental conditions and complex needs
- Sarah Woosey, Director at Education Law Experts and a leading advocate in SEND legal support
- Sarah Harridge, Headteacher at Co-op Academy Brierley, with first-hand experience in leading inclusive practice
As part of the day, attendees will also enjoy a guided tour of our modular construction factory — offering a unique look at how sustainable, future-ready school environments are brought to life.
