From the outset, you’ll know exactly what to expect because our Customer Charter outlines the high standards we deliver when a building is hired or purchased from Portakabin.
Uniquely, we pledge that in the unlikely event that your building is not delivered on the agreed contract date or to the agreed budget then we’ll give hire customers a week’s free hire for every day we’re late, or if you buy a building, a 0.5% refund of your contract value for every calendar week we’re late. That’s up to a maximum of 2.5% of the contract value. (Other Terms and Conditions apply.)
