Managing rapid growth and brewery expansion
Following a flurry of highly successful crowdfunding activity, Fierce Beer in Aberdeen was able to rapidly scale up its operations. The brewery expansion meant the facility became capable of brewing 800,000 litres of premium craft beer a year, which opened up the possibility of exporting to 15 countries within Europe and Asia.
However, because of this incredible trajectory, the burgeoning brewers started to outgrow their current brewhouse. Therefore, the team required a brand-new site that would facilitate further brewery expansion, giving Fierce Beer more room to grow alongside the exciting opportunity to launch their very own on-site tap room.
