    From component production through to assembly of the final buildings, quality checks at every stage of production ensure we get it right first time, every time – working to exacting tolerances of +/- 1mm.

  2. Integrated recycling and waste management procedures means zero waste to landfill

    Detailed energy monitoring helps us to keep energy use under control and improve efficiency wherever possible. For example, integrating waste streaming and segregation helped us achieve our zero waste to landfill goal. Any non-recyclable waste is now being incinerated for power generation.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new Centre for Leadership and Learning. Site-based construction simply was not an option for us because it could not have been completed in time and it would have impacted on the daily running of the school. The glazing looks great and it has really helped to create an exceptional and unique exterior – you would never know that it was manufactured off site.
