Because the site development and foundation phases run in parallel with the factory-controlled building construction, a new modular building can be ready for occupation up to 70% faster than a traditionally constructed structure. This also eliminates weather-related delays.
Removing both phases from the site also results in 90% fewer vehicle movements. This means less disruption, allowing the site to operate as usual and protecting costs and profits.
