Requirements
Suir Engineering required high-quality site accommodation for its staff and contractors, including office and meeting areas, canteens and changing rooms, but had limited space and the added challenge of a sloping site. They also requested a rapid turnaround from the Portakabin team.

Solution
The Portakabin team designed a doublestacked building, using Konstructa modules, which could be delivered and installed in stages, ensuring that some accommodation could be made available as soon as possible.
The building complex, with timed heating and lighting systems, was completed and ready for Suir’s team within a month.
From design to install, everything was well organised, and works were carried out seamlessly on site. These new offices will stand us in good stead for the delivery of our project in the southeast.
