There are one-off, upfront costs for delivery, installation, groundworks and service connections (not all these elements may be applicable, this will depend on your site requirements).
However, when you hire from us, your building and many additions such as data and fire and security systems will all form part of your monthly invoice.
Dependent on your credit rating, we may also ask you for an upfront deposit which is refundable at the end of the hire.
