If the building is damaged it is best if you to let us know as soon as possible so that we can inspect the damage and ensure that the building is safe to occupy. We can then agree on the correct course of action.
All buildings are inspected prior to collection from the customer's site. Fair wear and tear is acceptable however we will highlight any damage found. When we inspect the building at your site prior to its return we will inform you of any damage found and will advise next steps.
While on site, Portakabin buildings are the hirer’s responsibility and should therefore be included in your company insurance.
