    Hanley Energy’s rapid global expansion and evolving operational demands quickly exceeded the capacity of their existing space, creating an urgent need for high-quality, scalable modular facilities. The offices and welfare facilities needed to be completed with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations meaning delivery needed to take place over a weekend. Due to limited space, a laneway was selected as the most viable installation area meaning Hanley Energy needed skilled support to carry out delivery of the offices and welfare spaces.

This solution not only met the client’s immediate space requirements but also demonstrated the capability of Portakabin to deliver high-quality, efficient, and operationally sensitive modular facilities under tight constraints. 

    Portakabin delivered tailored modular facilities comprising six ‘Energy Saver’ buildings across two separate sites. With limited space available, a laneway was selected as the installation zone. 

Portakabin meet with us on site, and we were very impressed with the flexibility of their offerings. After careful planning and consideration, Portakabin designed two separate layouts to cater for the needs across two sites. The quality of the buildings is excellent, and we were really happy with any follow up supports needed.
